Odessos PBM EAD is a single-shareholder joint-stock company, part of the investment portfolio of Industrial Holding Bulgaria AD, which is its sole owner.
Industrial Holding Bulgaria AD is a public company managing a diversified investment portfolio in the sectors of maritime transport, ship repair, port operations, and mechanical engineering. The holding is among the pioneers of the Bulgarian capital market and one of the first companies whose shares were registered on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, thereby contributing to the establishment and development of the stock market in Bulgaria.
